On January 30th we celebrate the School Day of Non-violence and Peace; the poem "We Teach Life, Sir" recited by Canadian-Palestinian spoken word artist and activist Rafeed Ziadah is, in my view, a good reminder of the reason why we should "celebrate" such a day.

21st September: World Alzheimer's Day
World Alzheimer's Month is the international campaign every September to raise awareness and challenge the stigma that surrounds dementia. September 2020 will mark the 9th World Alzheimer's Month. The campaign was launched in 2012. World Alzheimer's Day is on 21 September each year.
